So I was talked into running in a marathon relay for next weekend because people dropped out of the group that was originally going to do it and so on. So I've started running, and I've always been pretty terrible at running fast or any type of races but I think long distance might not be so bad. I just ran 3 miles in 35 mins which is not terrible at all. I don't think I could do it quite as fast outside because the treadmill forces you to keep running fast, where as when you're outside you can just slow down lol
I only have to run 7km of the marathon but that's still pretty huge for me because running has never been my thing!
