I got two whole drawings done last night! I drew a kick ass light bulb and a flower... they are probably too simple but I don't have enough time to start something challenging. Tonight I have to draw more since it is due on friday.
I also have to study tonight because my english midterm and a geography test that I might just fail... Naw I will study and do good.

I am drawing these ugly dolls that I have a picture of. They are not the original ugly dolls but they are still cute! They are simple but at least it is something in my sketchbook!

Aren't they cute! haha the green one is my favorite because it's chubbier!

I have been OD-ing on girl guide cookies for the last week... it's been amazing!
So sketchbook is due tomorrow..... guess who only has two things??? One of them being really quite good and the other... is... well... crap! It's done with water colour pencils, and it's pretty much just me experimenting!
I am watching grey's right now because it is that time of night on a thursday! and what else would I do!

Jazz is in the Philippines... I am so jealous! I want to go shopping in huge metropolis' that are air conditioned too intensely! I love asian clothes! Sometimes i think I was born to be asian... I mean really. I love anime. I love asian clothes. I love asians...! haha I think that's all I got... But still. me + asian-ness would be all the better!

I am going to the thanksgiving fam jam at jer's! Should be epic to say the least!

I really have to watch my grades more this year. I actually have to try to get good marks... it's a change from what I am used to! I feel bad for the girls that started this year because it must be even harder... since our school is like ahead of public schools in grade 10.

☂Drawing again

I have decided to draw one of my all time childhood idols. Alexis Bledel. I used to watch gilmore girls and also sisterhood of the travelling pants and she was always the one I wanted(want) to be like. When I first got into my private school I was so excited because I got to be like rory gilmore:P And growing up reading the sisterhood books I thought that Alexis fit the role of lena more than perfectly!
I hope I dont screw up this picture because the photograph is gorgeous!!!

☂Finally

I finally finished my picture of coeur de pirate! It is ok. I am not completely happy with it. but w.e.
I have since then done two more pictures not as detailed and not as hard as this one but i need more for sketchbook!

k so,
I have been a little distracted from art lately.... soooo I am just finishing it... and I need way more than one drawing.... and it's due in like a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
So I really need to get on it! I am thinking on just doing lots of random drawings with pastels and oil pastels so that it will be quicker. Because sketching people takes wayyyyyyyyyy too long for me! I need to get over the perfectionist part of me!

I will post a picture of it when it is done... which will probably be tomorrow... I have a lot of hw to do today:(

☂my sketch

I have slowed down a little on the production of coeur de pirate so ya...

but i have decided not to do the tattoos in pastel. It will smudge and ruin the whole picture sooooo...

I am going to do them in pencil crayon. then it will not smudge!

☂I am thinkin...

I am thinking that I am going to do the picture of coeur de pirate all in pencil except for the background(which I am going to change) and her tattoos. They are going to be in pastel. I will have to be really careful that it doesn't smudge but if I can pull it off it is going to look amazing! I really love her tattoo of alice in wonderland! It is so cute!

This is one of my favorite pictures of coeur de pirate, a french singer from Canada. She is amazing! And I love her look. I am drawing this picture of her. I am no where near done but I will post a picture of it when it is done.
