First dance class of the year was tonight and man, it felt fantastic to be back. The class is huge but people will probably drop out half way through the year like usual, or we will just have a huge dance recital piece. Either way! The class is also very diverse, from really awesome dancers, to ... me :P So I blend in really well. I hopefully wont make a huge fool of myself!
Hiphop tomorrow... IM TERRIFIED! I found out that im in the best class you can be in ....... I thought I was in the second best.... this changes everything! I don't know anyone in the class :s and they are all amazing!

I have been super busy this last week. I have been busy with homework and avoiding parents and dance!
Tonight was nationals and WE GOT GOLD! That's right!

☂Dance

In two weeks I will be participating in my very first CNDC (Canadian national dance championships)!!!!!!!!! I am nervous, excited, and possibly about to vomit knives! I do not feel confident with the dance yet AT ALL! And we only have two more classes to clean! I need to practice religiously now! But I have not been doing that of course because I am a lazy ass:p

☂technology fails hard sometimes

It really makes me mad when things do not work for no reason:\

Today I had hiphop. It was way better than last week! Last week was just an all around bad week for me doing well at things... I failed a test too. It brought my term mark down 3% and now I have to be more careful and work harder to bring it back up! I really want to stay on honor roll! That one test wont take me off of it... I have a high enough average that I can afford to fail a test or two... but I really need to not get so close to failing on other tests... I need to actually start studying again! I have no clue what I got on my religion test from a few weeks ago... it is not pretty. That is all I know. I suspect I might have gotten pretty close to failing that one :\

I really want it to be summer. Freedom and warmth! It would be nice to have a summer romance too ;) ... but that is impossible in the situation I am in... I always seem to fall for inconvenient people. But they are all nice which is good ... at least I do not fall for ass holes.

☂The Dance ^^

The dance was a lot of fun! I danced literally all night and now my feet hurt like a bitch! My ears will not stop ringing because the music was sooooo loud! I do not know if I am just an old woman trapped in a fifteen year old's body but it was TOO loud. hehe But I still had fun. 

It was not awkward to see my ex there at all. We hugged and talked a little. I do not want to get back together or anything but it was nice to know we can still be friends. 

Jasmin looked so hot! With her sexy hair done up by emma. haha. Both of them were taught the salsa by some random boy while I was not with them... jealous? I think I totally am! 

... when will the ringing in my ears stop... it is annoying.

We are learning salsa in gym class and I have got to say that me and Ish are pretty pro! I love dancing! I wish that gym class could always just be dance... since I hate sports^^

Dance class last night was the best ever! It is decided in my mind that we should do lyrical hiphop more often! I have been practicing even though we may not continue with it since we only learned it because one of our teachers was in Germany for the world tap competition. O_O I am in competitive hiphop so hopefully someday I will be able to travel with the group! CAN'T WAIT!

I wish I had more time in life to dance! But I am too busy as it is! I mean these next two weeks are going to be AHHHHHHHHH! And I can't go out this weekend since I have a ton of projects to finish! EW! I really hope that I have time to go out next weekend though! Or at least before I leave to visit my dad for xmas...

The routine we did was the best I have ever done. I mean it was so so ! AHHH amazing!!!!! I loved it. It was "lyrical hiphop". So basically slow hiphop with a lot of emotion. And with a story! I love dancing to convey a story! It is my favorite! It is to the song Poetry by Danity Kane. Great song also!

☂school, dance, friends, and life...

It has all officially started! haha! I almost feel too busy to blog and check blogger in general! and that makes me sad! Because I love it! ... i am such a loser:P haha


This year is going to be fk-ing amazing! Dance, both hiphop and jazz, are going to actually challenge me! and they are going to be so much fun! and school well... it's busy! lots of homework! but i have friends in my class and it's all amazing:)

☂First day of grade 10 + jazz class

Today we survived our first day of grade 10! good job guys! (Y) 
I have some good teachers some pas mal teachers.. but such is life. I DO HAVE ISH IN MY CLASS<3 and also emma, accd, jasmin, and sam! It is a great class... although not as great as last year still pretty good. There are some... lets just say unfriendly girls... in my class but there aren't enough to gang up... hopefully they will just get a grip and grow up:P I LOVE how neat all my books are and how organized I am for about the first two months... then everything just goes to shit! haha! but right now, my notebooks are so white and perfect:) I am so ocd when it comes to my agenda though! haha... it's colour coded... for the third year in a row....!


Today was also my first jazz class of the year... to bad there were only three people signed up for it... they messed up the schedualling and so we have to move to a different night... maybe even up a level!!! that would be hard since i already skipped one level this year and now another! But what ever... I can handle it:P


I am going to the football game tomorrow! First one ever:P

☂Dance!!!

Today was my first class of competitive hiphop! I was so fk-ing nervous! but I think I faked it pretty good:P I am so excited for it!!!! I love our first dance that we are learning! It's to Diva by beyonce! OMG it is the G-ist thing I have ever danced! But I have to practice like crazy!!!!!!! THIS IS GOING TO BE AMAZING!!!!!!!! I am glad that I at least know two people in the class though! I was so relieved when I walked in! And the new dance studio is AMAZING! Holy crap is it ever huge!!! Three dance studios all bigger than the biggest in the last place! It is beautiful!

School tomorrow!!! Can't wait!!!!

I got lots of compliments on my new hair style at dance tonight:) Made me feel good about myself:)

☂One day of rest:P

Yesterday was awesome! Two birthday parties within a few hours:P First the neighbors and then ish's:) I had a ton of fun!!! It was tiring though haha!
Tomorrow we are cleaning the house top to bottom:( Not a fun day! haha. But I guess it needs to be done... this house is a disaster.
So today is my one day of rest:P
I actually ran today! It is quite the accomplishment for me! I am trying to get more fit for dance. So far it hasn't been going so well....

☂Dance

As you can probably see I have started to post video bars that have my favorite dances that have been on so you think you can dance (sytycd). If you love dance as much as I do I am sure that these dances will make you want to move! I wish I could dance like some of these dancers! They are a true inspiration to me and I hope that I will eventually be able to dance on that very stage. My parents have not heard this dream of course... they would make jokes about it most likely. But I think that if it's really something that you love that you should at least try. I am not anything special when it comes to dance but I am working on it!

I am already bored..... i finished school yesterday

I am so excited!

1. I get the awesome choreography that the teachers don't just think up on the spot. They have a story line!
2. I get to wear the kick ass costumes:P
3. I get to go to different places to compete. as long as we can afford it:S
4. I get to make friends with some of the originals whom I look up to!
5. there are no more reasons but i like making lists ^_^

I am not a hoe!
I do not want to have sex for a very long time. Yes the kissing in public was a little much but it wont happen again. I really like him.. it's not like i only want to be with him to like sex him or whatever you think. I am sorry if someone thinks i am a horrible person. but i try my hardest not to be!
For the record we did not leave kyra alone for an hour while making out. it was more like 5 mins after she called her mom cause ish's parents were later than planned.

i get to see jeremy tomorrow. he is coming to see me at my 3 hour spare. It will be a blast! we are going to eat and talk and hang out in this random park near my school. :)

☂Just DANCE!!!!

I love to dance, as you have most likely noticed. I may not be as good as many of the people in these pictures. But I don't think it's about that. It's about the fact that I have a passion for it. 

The last picture in this series is actually a picture of my cousin PJ lifting his dance partner over his head. It is so amazing! I wish I could do that. I will do that... one day.

☂Dance and the... downside

last night was hip hop

and our recital piece is a lot of crouching and now my legs and back kill!

It really sucks

But I think I am really going to like this year's recital piece

but ew

i will like vomit if it turns out to be like last years. I mean it's fun to do like once. But over and over again with a stupid smile on you face... ew

i like more meaningful dances. Ones that have stories. But we never get ones like that. They are just random moves strung together in a sequence.

i have only been doing jazz for 2 years. which in the dance world and most other worlds? isn't a long time!

☂Dance

I have a relatively good life. I mean my father is messed up but other than that I have great friends, parents (excluding father), school. But to dance with passion do you have to have something tragic happen in your life? I mean I love dance but I can never convay emotion. Especially in jazz because it is all hippidy hoppidy happy kiddy stuff that I am not a fan of. I mean we just started our recital piece last week so I don't know what style it is going to turn out, but so far it's very sharp, a little seductive, maybe angry. Or at least it could be done angry and it would look good. Different but still good. I feel like I have more emotion in the little stupid moves I do in my kitchen than in the studio. And when I am on stage I am so thrilled, and my breath gets away from me! It is hard to convey anything else but worry that I am going to mess up and excitement that I am on stage! It is my favorite feeling in the whole world, being on stage! That is why I am going to be in the play nest year! A small part most likely, but I will be in it none the less. Getting back to the point, I think too much when I dance. And not in the good way. I think about the moves and it comes out looking practiced and...recital. Which I hate. I want to dance with emotion!
